A joint Research Engineer position is available at the University of Waterloo and McMaster University, focusing on the commercialization of wearable sensors

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in engineering or science.
  • Proven experience in prototyping for biomedical applications.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 13485 for medical devices.
  • Proficiency in documenting experiments and generating reports.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in integrated circuit design.
  • Prior experience working with wearable sensor technologies
